Personal Support,
Shaped Around
You

At Noahs Haven, we provide NDIS supports that are personal, flexible, and built on lived experience.

From daily activities to community participation, transport, and home support, our team is here to walk beside you and your family every step of the way. Noahs Haven began with a mother’s journey raising her son, Noah. She saw the need for support that is understanding, not judgmental. A place where people don’t just get by — they thrive.

How We Can Support You

Assistance with Daily Activities

Our team helps with the everyday tasks that make life run smoothly.

This can include things like getting ready for the day, personal care, preparing meals, or keeping on top of home routines. We work beside you — giving support when you need it, but always encouraging independence and choice. With Noah’s Haven, daily life becomes easier, more comfortable, and more confident.

Community, Social & Civic Participation

Being part of your community is important for connection and wellbeing.

We support participants to join in activities that match their interests — whether that’s going to a local event, joining a class, volunteering, or catching up with friends. Our support workers make sure you feel safe, included, and confident while building skills and friendships in the community.

Behaviour Support

Everyone deserves to feel understood, supported, and safe.

Our Behaviour Support service focuses on helping you build confidence, strengthen positive skills, and reduce behaviours that may be causing challenges at home, in the community, or in daily routines. We work with you to understand what’s behind the behaviour, create practical strategies, and support you to use them in real life. Our approach is respectful, person-centred, and designed to improve your wellbeing — not just manage behaviour.

Travel & Transportation

Getting where you need to go should never be a barrier.

We provide safe and reliable transport to medical appointments, school, work, or community and social activities. Our support workers make sure every trip is comfortable and stress-free, and we can also help you learn how to use public transport if that’s one of your goals. With Noahs Haven, transport is more than a ride — it’s the freedom to stay connected.

Support Coordination

NDIS can feel confusing, but you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Our Support Coordination service helps you understand your plan, choose the right providers, and make sure your funding is used in the best way for your goals. We work with you to build skills, grow independence, and stay in control of your own supports. With Noahs Haven, you’ll have a trusted guide beside you every step of the way.

Supported Independent Living is about having the help you need to live in your own home — safely, comfortably, and with as much independence as possible.

Our SIL service provides daily support in areas like cooking, cleaning, personal care, and building life skills, while encouraging you to take part in household decisions and routines. Whether you live on your own or share with others, our team is here to make sure your home life is supportive, respectful, and empowering.
